Reagent Depositor InstructionsAll Depositors must be registered with the SR3 and use their SR3 registration number on all correspondence. Depositors are requested to complete the SR3 Reagent Deposit Form that serves as a Material Exchange Agreement. Commercial use of any reagent will require prior approval from the Depositor and his/her institute. Depositors are also requested to provide detailed information on any reagent by completing a Reagent Information Form. Depending on the type of reagent, one of the following forms should be used:One Deposit Form may be used for multiple reagents of the same category. Please list the reagents on the SR3 Reagent Deposit Form and attach the relevant Reagent Information form(s) to it. The reagent and completed forms should be sent to: SR3 |
